What does the “Best Used By” date mean?

It means that when the product has been stored in its frozen state (we recommend at or below zero degrees Fahrenheit), the quality and flavor is best until the date printed on the lid. Once the product has been thawed, prepared and kept under refrigeration it will remain good for about a week.

Once thawed, how long do I have before it needs to be mixed up?

When our fruits are harvested, the water is removed. This allows us to be more efficient in shipping and storage of tropical fruits. When the juice concentrate is blended, the water is added back, in just the right amounts.
