Yields: 8 Ounces
6oz Hawaii’s Own Guava Passion Orange concentrate,
1/2 cup Ketchup
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
4 Tbsp. Low Sodium Soy Sauce
4 Tbsp. Japanese BBQ Sauce
2 Tbsp. Ginger, zested
3 Garlic Cloves, chopped
2 Tbsp. Seasoned Rice Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Sesame Chili Oil
1 Tsp. Siracha
Salt to taste
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan
Place on stove at Medium to High heat
Allow the sauce to boil for 30 seconds and lower the heat to Low to Medium.
Simmer for 20 -25 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl
Allow to cool down as the sauce will be very hot.
The sauce will thicken as it continues to cool
