Guava Passion Hawaiian BBQ Sauce

Yields: 8 Ounces



  • 6oz Hawaii’s Own Guava Passion Orange concentrate,

  • 1/2 cup Ketchup

  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar

  • 4 Tbsp. Low Sodium Soy Sauce

  • 4 Tbsp. Japanese BBQ Sauce

  • 2 Tbsp. Ginger, zested

  • 3 Garlic Cloves, chopped

  • 2 Tbsp. Seasoned Rice Vinegar

  • 2 Tbsp. Sesame Chili Oil

  • 1 Tsp. Siracha

  • Salt to taste

  1. Mix all ingredients in a saucepan

  2. Place on stove at Medium to High heat

  3. Allow the sauce to boil for 30 seconds and lower the heat to Low to Medium.

  4. Simmer for 20 -25 minutes until the sauce has thickened.

  5. Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl

  6. Allow to cool down as the sauce will be very hot.

  7. The sauce will thicken as it continues to cool
