Hawaiian Fruit Dressing

YIELD: 1-3/4 cups



Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Hawaii’s Own frozen concentrate*

  • 1/8 tsp. salt

  • 4 Tbsp. honey (optional)

  • 2 egg yolks, beaten

  • 1 cup plain yogurt or Greek yogurt

  • Pinch of cinnamon

Directions

  1. In a double boiler bowl, blend the Hawaii’s Own fruit concentrate, salt, and honey

  2. After warming begins, gradually add egg yolks.

  3. Continue to heat mixture until mixture is thick.

  4. Stir until taken off the heat, then chill slightly.

  5. Fold in yogurt and cinnamon.


*Any flavor of Hawaii’s Own concentrate will work in this recipe. It’s also good for use as a dip
