Strawberry Sparkle Punch

YIELD: 240oz



Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled

  • 1 - 3oz. packages flavored strawberry gelatin (Jell-O) 2 cups boiling water

  • 1- 12oz. can Hawaii’s Own frozen Guava Strawberry concentrate

  • 64oz. cranberry juice cocktail, chilled (8 cups)

  • 6 cups cold water 56oz. ginger ale chilled Ice

Directions

  1. Put strawberries in blender pitcher; cover with lid and blend on low speed until fruit is pureed.

  2. Dissolve strawberry flavored gelatin in boiling water.

  3. Stir in Hawaii’s Own Guava Strawberry concentrate until melted.

  4. Add cranberry juice cocktail, cold water and strawberry puree.

  5. Pour over ice in large punch bowl.

  6. Slowly pour in ginger ale.
