Tropical BBQ Chicken Skewers

Ingredients:
1 pound chicken breast, cubed
1/2 cup Hawaii’s Own Limeade or Pineapple Starfruit concentrate
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 red bell pepper, cubed
1 red onion, cubed
Pineapple chunks

Instructions:
Combine Tropical Citrus concentrate, barbecue sauce, and olive oil to make the marinade. Marinate chicken for 1 hour.
Thread chicken, bell pepper, onion, and pineapple onto skewers.
Grill on medium-high heat, turning and basting with leftover marinade until chicken is cooked through (about 10-12 minutes).
Serve with coconut rice for a tropical twist.
