Tropical Citrus BBQ Ribs

Ingredients:
2 pounds pork ribs
1/2 cup Hawaii’s Own Pineapple Starfruit or Limeade concentrate
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Season ribs with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
In a saucepan, combine Tropical Citrus concentrate, ketchup, brown sugar, and vinegar. Simmer for 10 minutes to make the glaze.
Brush ribs generously with the glaze and wrap in foil. Bake for 2.5-3 hours until tender.
Uncover, brush with more glaze, and broil for 5 minutes for a caramelized finish.
